How I Use Sangam CRM | Sangam CRM is pretty handy tool for all our sales and support activities

Well, Sangam CRM has now become our must have tool for our day to day work of sales and support. We are managing leads and opportunities in Sangam which helps us timely follow-up of them resulting more new business conversion. It helped us close 10% more business in last two months of last F.Y.

Our support staff is fully on Sangam CRM and ticketing of all support calls help us manage support to the satisfaction of the customers. There has been least chances of missing any support call and providing timely services. This will certainly increase our reputation amongst the customers.

Quotation through Sangam has made my job easier as have been able to delegate it to subordinates with confidence. It has made our job so easy that it has no more remained a task for us.

All in all a great experience, more time to other core activities and still better efficiency of man power.
