I have recently completed the Sangam CRM Seller Course. Upon completion, I believe that Sangam CRM possesses the potential to become the next Tally for businesses, providing significant advantages to early adopters.
I will be sharing a detailed account of my experience with the course shortly. However, I would like to address an important aspect that has come to my attention.
With respect to Enjay CRM's free 10-user and paid versions being available to most IT dealers, it appears that a case locking system is in place. This means that once a partner initiates work on a specific case, the Enjay team will not supporting any other partner for the same case
