The courses for Sangam CRM, may it be Users course, Administrator course or sellers course, all are designed amazingly. Its simple language, parallel screen video, crisp concepts and precise narrations makes it easy to understand and simple to implement. The function wise topics and not the module wise description makes it unique in nature and makes viewer expert of a given function like sales, ticketing etc. very easily.

At few places it is cut short where more description would have been better, does not effect more on its overall training effect.

All in all these are amazingly designed courses.
