Looking for commission based sales agents

Hey folks, I am looking for a commission based sales agent who can help us get clients from all over the world.

I'm the founder of Webvendere Solutions, a full-service digital services agency helping clients across the globe get started online and grow.

The services include but not limited to the following.

Fullstack digital marketing(SEO,SEM,SMM,Content marketing, Paid ads pretty much everywhere online),Web development, mobile app development, custom software development, and more.

We are now working on a product and want to make sure the services side sales does not suffer while we are busy with the product. The commission structure mentioned is valid only for the sales agents who get onboarded before May 2024.

IMPORTANT: Need someone who can handle client acquisition end-to-end and not just setting or closing.

Here's, gist of the commission structure 🤠!!!

First sale: 30%.

For every sale: 15%

For every 10th sale: 30%

For every 50th sale: $50 bonus.

For sales #250, 500,750: $250,$500,$750 bonus respectively.

For sale #1000: $1000 bonus .

For every website project closed: 30%.

If the 30% for website coincides with milestones like the 10th sale, 50th, 100th , etc, the milestone bonus will be $50-100 on top of the 30% commission.

The bonuses are on top of the sale commission 🙂.

I need 10 people who can regularly get us clients/projects.
