Wordpress / WP Engine disaster
Has anyone been following the Wordpress / WP Engine chaos?
TL;DR: Matt has had a go publicly at WP Engine who retaliated with a lawsuit. Lots of mud slinging and ugliness.
The only loser here is users. I’ve been a long time Wordpress user, and over the last few years have become more and more worried about the security vulnerabilities in Wordpress.
The Rolls Royce of Wordpress hosing is WP Engine who I’ve used for newly a decade.
Time to jump ship I think. There are more than enough alternatives.
I’ll stick to Wordpress
