EPC rating requirements of C by 2025 for rental properties
It appears many landlords will have similar challenges in making a step change from a D to C rating with cavity wall / roof / floor insulation being key areas requiring attention.
Wondering whether we should collectively approach local councils re potential upcoming grants or local business for volume discounts for installations. Thoughts on either or both approaches or alternative ideas?
