If a business specifies in their GBP that their service area is nation wide, does their GBP have a good chance of appearing when someone physically close to their location searches for their service (assuming the GBP is well optimized for that service)?
For my agency, my GBP doesn't show up when I search for terms such as "digital marketing". I am wondering if it's because my service area is all of Canada and the USA, but I don't show my location because I work from home.
