Renee Bobb is an authority in the field of self-publishing and small business
development. Her company, Renee Bobb Training LLC,
Firm, specializing in Grant Funding, Small Business Development, Financial
Empowerment, and Book Publishing Training. She the founder of the Grant
small business owners to win over $1.9 Million dollars in grant funding and
sponsorship dollars.
Renee’s expertise extends to securing significant sponsorships from high-profile
organizations and businesses including The Green Zone, Chicago Bulls, Wells
Fargo, Advance Spine & Wellness, Synovus Bank, US Community Credit Union,
Metro EMS, Allure Quest Travel, and 360 Inventory Solutions.
A decorated Military Veteran and community leader, Renee has received
numerous accolades for her work with military veterans and entrepreneurs,
including the Mighty 25 Military Influencer Award and the Dr. Paris Love 2021
Military/Entrepreneur Award. Her other awards include the Tennessee Christian
Chamber of Commerce “Community Impact Award” in Education, the Tennessee
Black Chamber of Commerce “Rising Star Award,” and the Nashville
Entrepreneur Center “Member of the Year Award.”
Over the past two years, Renee has launched many programs for several
nonprofit agencies including Bunker Labs. As an independent contractor in the
role of Training and Development Manager, she led their Diversity, Equity, and
Inclusion Leadership Team. She created the Black Veteran Entrepreneur
Workshop Series, an 8-week training course that has significantly impacted
military veterans and their families by educating them on securing over $1.5
million in grant funding.
Renee is also the owner of the Music City Icons Professional Women’s Basketball Team, supporting women in reviving their basketball careers and serving as a feeder to the WNBA and international teams.
A Bestselling Author, Renee has published 18 non-fiction books, including The Money Resource Guide; Funding for Business Owners and her top seller, The Self-Publishing Process: The Beginner’s Guide to Book Publishing Success.
Renee proudly served in the United States Navy as a Telecommunications Operator and holds a B.S. Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Norfolk State University. She is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated.

Renee is an award-winning entrepreneur and a Bestselling Author. Renee has published 17 non-fiction books including: Financial Empowerment: A Practical Approach to Getting Your Financial Life in Order and her top seller, The Self-Publishing Process: The Beginner’s Guide to Book Publishing Success.
Over the past four years Renee has worked with Bunker Labs and the role of Training and Development Manager under her own company. She spearheaded Bunker Labs Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leadership Team. Renee also created the Black Veteran Entrepreneur Workshop Series, an 8-week training course to empower military Veterans and their families to start and expand their own businesses. Due to the success of the program, Bunker Labs has expanded the program to also include Asian American, Latinx and Female Veterans, Military spouses and the military connected community. The participants are educated on how to secure grant funding and have won over $1.5 million in grant funding.
One of the highlights of Renee’s career is serving in the United States Navy as a Telecommunications Operator. As the owner of the Music City Icons Professional Women’s Basketball Team, Renee desires to help women get a second chance at a basketball career.
