How do you keep composure when another player is antagonising you?
I play badminton but the same principles should apply.
One of my friends has made our regional team for the last 3 years and our school team for the last 4 years. He has around 3 more years of experience and he is much better than me in almost every metric in the physical side of things. He's a good friend for sure but a lot of the time he makes fun of and belittles me because I've always been the slowest, the smallest and the weakest out of all my friends.
I've never had much confidence so when he says stuff like "how did you miss that?" or "how are you this bad" it really annoys me. I have humbled him a little bit because I've gotten to the stage where I can make him have to actually try now in a 1v1 match, but he still makes snide comments here and there.
I'd really appreciate and thoughts and feedback. Constructive criticism is always welcome of course because we're all in this community to grow as people and as players!
