Today's meditation was SO perfect for me about panic attacks and I LOVED focusing and describing on the object in front of me... another tool to put in my tool belt!!
The tree in front of me looked so different as I really observed it and it brought me so much peace.
I also use Bryans key words/mantra's when I need like:
Always come back to the breath
Less than a month to go🤩
It's been an amazing experience so far and I am so proud of myself for following through with this commitment. ❤️🥰
