First off, it gave me a further sense of purpose and a task to 'achieve' throughout the day which made me feel whole.
Secondly, Its helped boost my confidence levels and shown me that I can achieve anything I put my mind to.
Lastly, it has helped me become healthy and because of what I know now I will NEVER be out of shape again.
