Day 83 yoga nidra

Either due to the fd up weather western PA has been having these past 2-3 days (we went from having a literal ef0 touchdown by Thursday to rain snow mix all day friday and today ) i literally have next to no voice by coincidence. It’s like someone removed my throat Chakra to be sent away for polishing or something 🤷🏻‍♀️

As I have mentioned earlier, many Fffsss have been released these past couple of weeks, yesterday in particular. I asked self “what is my intention for yoga nidra tonight?” And pulled from the French deck. Then asked what I needed to break the cycles (bc I know there’s more than 1) and pulled 5 plus the flip card. The first one is the bottom card. Happy Saturday! Hopefully like Ariel I’ll get my voice back today.
