Today marks 2 straight weeks of meditation for me and that is JUST HUGE!! I struggle with follow through when it comes to taking care of myself so this...this is a serious win for me! I've decided that I'm going to change it up this week and challenge myself. I'm going to rotate every other day between a guided sleep meditation and an RPM first thing in the morning. I've decided this is the next step in my journey for taking meditation to the next step for me. Here goes nothing! 💫💪🏼
