Hi I'm Chad!

Originally from New Hampshire, I've been living in Greenville for 12 years. I was a a full stack web developer for 15 years until I was laid off a year and a half ago. Since then we have been full time in real estate as we had already been flipping and operating STRs on the side.

My primary channels of business are:

Owning and operating Short Term Rentals
Providing capital for real estate (HML/transactional ChadHasMoney.com)
Flipping
Taylors Small Town Redevelopment

How I'm looking to grow.

I want to grow my STR portfolio to 12 units in the next 12 months. Two focuses to include in that are a beach house (prefer Hilton Head) and a mountain house (western NC/eastern TN)
Expanding what offerings I can with real estate capital and grow my client base.
Scale to 2 active flips a quarter with a reliable partner (working on acquisitions as well)
Acquire and develop exciting community spaces on Taylors Main Street

I'm always looking to connect with new people and grow my network, but I love a good community that works together. I'm in Pace Morby's Gator Method community and have made some amazing connections there.
