Jovanny from Lowell MA.
I am new to the multi-family investment scene and looking to implement the BRRRR method.
My favorite exit strategy might be buying and holding or for quicker returns, fix and flips.
Holding me back I would say financing issue difficulty securing the necessary capital or understanding financing options.
