I work w/ lpt Realty as a newer agent, but not new to real estate. Relo'd & moved 13x back & forth across the country over the past 23 years (think it's about 20+ times total over 30). Built 5 new construction homes & not done yet.

Looking at possibly Wilmington NC for our next stop... though I do love parts of the FL East Coast. Lived in Miami South Beach back in the late 90s when it was super cool w/ all the art deco & culture.

My core focus is suburban residential Luxury New Construction in Williamson & Wilson Counties especially for ppl relocating to the area. And, looking at adding hotel luxury residential high rises in Nashville to my tool bag 🏙️

Needs... probably more on how simplifying & streamlining "all" the things... without another new 'robust' tool that merely complicates & creates more work. Y'all know what I mean 😆
