WEEK 45 - Your budget is not READY YET! Or is it?

After returning from my holidays, I dove back into the budget template, and with the help of my Google Sheets master, Ige, we made some updates to our 5-Year Master Plan. Today, it should be all polished and finalized.

This week, I’d like to inspire each of you not to set your budget aside but to keep working on it. This applies to both groups – international hoteliers and Czech & Slovak hoteliers alike. Step into 2025 with a completed budget, even if it’s not 100% perfect. It’s part of your learning curve! If it’s not exactly right this year, next year it will be closer to what you envision.

Never let the pursuit of perfection hold you back. Believe me, you’ve done it! Because you made it happen.

I have planned few BUDGET SESSIONS for the next week - please check your calendar. We will be focusing ON working with the TEMPLATES only. I will show you around again how to make it happen, so you can feed the templates with your numbers.
