Research Program Rec Letters
For a research program like SSP or UChicago's RIBS, in a letter of recommendation, are they more looking for your mastery of science in class, intellectual vitality outside the classroom, or leadership values? I'm assuming a combination of the first and second, but I just wanted to make sure so I know what to put on my brag sheet.
