How do we reach Rishab?

I know this might not seem like a very reasonable post, because I completely understand that Rishab is very busy with everything that's going on with his activities (and I have to say, I truly appreciate what he's doing to help students). But I thought that the reason for a switch to skool was so that we would be able to reach out & easily communicate with him if needed, and it would allow for a more controlled setting (just wondering). Let me know if this seems unreasonable, please don't hate!
