Good Video Editing Software?

Hey guys! So, I am creating a video regarding a personal project of mine but I wasn't so sure what is a good video editing software. So, the video is gonna have like some snippets of my friends saying things as well as some snippets of my computer and myself. Do you guys know any software that could create those videos (easiest or like most professional) and can it include subtitles? Thanks in advance <3
