Hi!
I am creating a oncolystic virus model for a science fair! I am modelling and simulating the interactions between viruses, receptors, T cells and tumour cells. I am using CellDesigner for this. If anyone has any experience using CellDesigner or has any experience in the related fields like coding for biomedical engineering could you please let me know how I can create the tumour microenvironment (TME) cause I am really stuck and I don't have any other options for help!
