Am I allowed to be annoyed here?

So a while ago and I mean months ago. I messaged Rishab privately about someone who had attempted tp use me to like farm, so naturally I reported it along with screenshots and nothing has been done. This person (who I will not name as I don't want for them to get unneeded abuse) is one of the highly ranked people here and my assumption is, if they did it to me they must have done it to other people. have given the admins months to fix this and as much as I love being part of this community and I know that this not Rishab's fault as it's impossible to catch everything, I still feel like I have a right to be annoyed and I feel like this needs to be rectified. (Sorry for the rant)
