Hey, my name is Lucas 👋 I was born and raised in Brazil, and moved to the US for college in 2015. My main hobbies are surfing, golfing, and reading! I’m married to a Californian (that happened to also been born in Brazil 😎), and we are waiting for our first child (coming in June of this year!).

I own two businesses (B2B Property Maintenance & Consulting), and have the honor to be one of the pastors at my local church! I have been in public speaking and leadership development since I was 17 years old.

One of the greatest privileges of my life is to help people figure out their WHY, and unlock a powerful vision to transform people, families, systems, organizations, businesses, and society as a whole! I believe everyone was made for an ABUNDANT LIFE, and that’s why I started this community…
