Gratitude for your words of wisdom via your pain, struggle, growth and journey

happy Thursday Gavin, so I’m reading this book, started it this week (I was at the library, saw the title had “anxiety” and said something good will come from this). Tonight I read chapter 3 “The Hijack”, thus far a great read, I had no expectations and this book also has a huge biblical and “Christian” presence. To the point — on the last page of chap. 3 I read “suffering changes everyone” and it brought tears to my eyes because after reading that all I heard was your voice from our many meetings say “it’s about the journey” and “learn to be present in the now… it’s about the now”. Thank you Bro ( I truly get your words now)!!! Growth, love and light💜
