Hi Alexis and group! I'm excited to be part of this group and wanted to introduce myself! I am a PML, Elite Gator, and soon-to-be Unicorn RE Agent in the Austin / San Antonio / Texas Hill Country market. I have rolled over a previous employer's 401(k), earning 4-5% returns on mutual funds, into a self-directed Solo K, passively earning double digit returns backed by real estate. I want to learn how to help other business professionals do the same. As I near early retirement from a career in the financial services industry, I want to grow a lending business that provides me the flexibility Alexis mentioned, while growing generational wealth. Am happy to be learning from the best and look forward to getting to know you all!
