It has to solve a real problem that people are ready to have solved. When you start with the problem you want to solve you can shift out of trading your time for money and begin charging based on the value that your clients perceive the solution to be worth. When you can … choose to solve critical and specific problems!
  1. The Promise: You need to be able to quantify what your program actually does…. Nobody is going to buy your program without understanding what they are getting in return for their investment.

✅ ”Heal your chronic illness in 6 months”
✅ ”Remove your joint and back pain without medications in 90 days”
✅ ”Save your marriage in 3 months”
Now you might be thinking to yourself … But what if I can’t deliver on my promise? Well… this is the game my friend. As a coach or practitioner you are in the business of selling promises and becoming the very best in the world at delivering on your promises…. do whatever it takes. Your promise gets you in the arena and the more you play, the better you get and eventually your promises become inevitable outcomes.
3. The Perils (Risk Reversal): This is where you remove the risk for clients and also lower the risk of you not being able to deliver on your promise:

🔥 "I'll refund you if you don't"
Guarantees & Risk Reversal are one of those big levers that will help you generate more sales when you get them dialled in.
4. The Price: Stop charging transactionally and start charging based on the transformational outcome you help clients achieve. Your clients are not paying for your time they are paying for an outcome make sure your pricing is aligned with that fact. Solve bigger problems and charge accordingly.
5. The Person: The more specific and clear you are about who you help and how the more you’ll be able to charge and the easier all of your marketing will be... This is true… AND …. I have found that “choosing” your niche is less like a one time event and more of a process that happens over time as you develop expertise, experience, wisdom and perspective in the field you are working in. So if you are not SUPER specific yet … don’t worry. In the beginning phases of building your business you are probably going to help a wide variety of clients… and through that process of serving clients you will learn who you like working with and who you can help easier and faster than others… your niche will choose you over time as you become more of an expert.
6. The Pathway: Make sure that there is a clear pathway to finding the clients that you want to serve and that when they find you that you will be seen as the expert that can help them. If you can’t find the people you are trying to serve online … serve different people and stop wasting time searching for a needle in a haystack.
7. The Process: This is the heart of your signature program and really your entire business. Unpacking your genius into a productized process that highlights your Intellectual Property is pivotal in building a business that can scale beyond just you.
8. The PDF: Keep it simple. Skip the fancy sales pages… create a 1 or 2 page offer on a google doc that outlines the problem you solve, the promise of your program , the person it is for, the process you walk people through, the prices, logistics and any guarantees or bonuses.
9. The Packaging: Once you have a system that actually works, a price that makes sense, a promise you can deliver on find ways to continually improve your offer, refine it and make it sexier with bonuses or unique angles, hooks, mechanisms.
10. The Bigger Purpose: Does your business and offer align with your deeper purpose... your souls purpose... your dharma. When you are offering something deeply aligned with your bigger purpose people feel it, connect with it and want to work with you and help you spread your work.
