Master the skill of knowing what products you're servicing to your clients. Have a clear concise understanding of each of your products and services so you will know how to answer basic questions. You can always come back to answer more complex questions, but they will trust that you know what you're doing. Know what you're selling. You will gain more confidence when you learn your skillsets and products. If you don't know your products, you can't properly help them. When you know your products and services, the clients will know and have a better understanding of what they are buying
