How should I navigate slow market?

Hi Everyone,

Is anyone having trouble selling their flip ? My 1B1B flip has been on the market for 2 months and still no offers.

Also, is there a video / guide on how to rent the property for a year and wait until the market recovers? I'd appreciate any resources or help.
