Blooming Waters Premium Collection will release in the U.S., Europe, and other countries in February. It will contains 12 booster packs of 151, four promo cards, a jumbo card, and a code card. There are no unedited Japanese cards in English so the content is completely unknown.

I was hoping for a reprint in English, I'm looking for the 151 binder collection at a decent price but everything 151 is already very expensive
