Starting
One of my very good friends is keen on starting a podcast with me!! Our genie area are somewhat different though. We would love to start a project together by providing digital services together. As a result, I'd like us to document the journey as opposed to present ourselves as experts in this niche. The podcast would be us talking about our daily challenges and how we faced them.
When you first started your podcast, did you have a map as to where you wanted to go? Or is it okay to start regardless and adapt based on how the audience interacts with it?
