Looking for advice on starting a brand new podcast/brand

Hey everyone,

I'm super new to this podcasting space other than being an avid listener. My question is, if I'm starting a new podcast/brand do I first set up a S Corp or LLC or just launch the podcast and tackle that later once it gains traction? Any help, advice, or tips are welcome. Thanks in advance 😁🤙🏾
