Question About "Live Online PMP Prep with Coach Andrew Ramdayal"

Hello,

I've completed all modules & quizzes in sections 1-20 of the course and passed the mock exam, but it shows I am only 95% complete instead of 100%.

According to the Study Plan (Day 18-19), completing all these should bring me to 100%, which will allow me to download the 35-hour certificate and submit my application.

I have not yet completed the simulator exams (sections 21-23), but according to the Study Plan, those come AFTER all I mentioned above, so I'm unsure what I missed to be 100% complete to obtain the certificate.

Anyone know?
