Attempted the test today, got rejected

So today was my day for the PMP. But unfortunately they, PearsonVue the online testing group did not allow me to take the exam.

Reasoning: my ID was not valid.

I am active duty military, My license expired about a year ago, but I was sent a deferral certificate that extends my license until I return to my home state....

I attempted to be proactive, called PMI and explained the situation the day before the exam. PMI said it was a valid ID and I should be fine.

So now, I have to reschedule my exam...

Been a frustrating day....😤
