Agile Project - Schedule is Fixed or Variable?
I was under the impression that schedule is usually fixed in an Agile project. Specifically, schedule and budget are fixed, and only scope is variable. However, the response below, for one of the questions in PMI Study Hall contradicts this. See highlighted, in red, the sentence in question in the attached screenshot. Any thoughts?
