Produced this due to my recent mistake of not having an agreement in place for a family friend lol.

Website Design & Development Agreement

1. Scope of Services

[Your Company Name] will design, develop, and launch a Shopify e-commerce store for [Client Name] in accordance with the agreed-upon Proposal dated [Proposal Date].
