Hello people! Peace to you all.

I'm Sulaiman, known as Suly - a father of one from Leicester, UK.

Some of you may remember me from Shuayb's eCommerce web design cohort that I conducted 4x times during 2023.

I am the founder and director of a web design agency - complx.co. I also serve as a mentor and guide in the digital space, specifically web design, but yes Freelancers overall.

With over 7 years of experience under my belt, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of businesses, from SMEs to large corporations including consulting.

My track record of jolly clients and positive reviews speaks to the trust I've built in this industry.

Beyond my professional work, I'm an avid nomad, having explored nearly 30 countries (while running the business). I maintain a healthy work-life balance and encourage this to everyone looking for freedom in their lives.

I'm also passionate about giving back to my local community, as evidenced by my six-year involvement as a co-founder of 5x award-winning Waves of Positivity CIC.

4 facts about me as to why I will be a great lead for this Freelance community (because for those that don't know me, why the heck should you listen to me right? 😂)

I have over 2100 Web design students on Udemy from across the globe.
So far my highest 1-ticket sale was a 5-figure web design & development project over 3 months in the private clinic industry (I'm not a guru and don't brag about revenue, I very much despise that. However yes, in 2017 when I started, my first few websites were closed in as small as £300, and the prices gradually increased as with my credibility). I've designed websites for clients that have had their products showcased on Vogue to clients that outgrew their general hosting servers due to MRR hitting over 500k.
I boast only 5* reviews from my agency and mentorship. In short, I don't preach or offer BS. I don't con, cheat or mislead anyone, be it in business or in general. This strict rule derives from the practices of my faith. So integrity & transparency is vital to me. As we'll be accountable for that one day.
The best one yet - I did not come from a business background, am a uni dropout and nor have I worked a day in a corporate job. Everything I've done in my life has been from a heck of a lot of self-esteem, confidence and motivation.
