What's up y'all! I am so happy y'all have joined me in this group as we are all rising together with fitness and mindset.
I want to have a weekly group call where we can talk about anything we need to (fitness, mental health, etc) and be here to call each other up.
What is a good time for everyone during the week that we can do that? My schedule is a bit crazy but I will move things around for what works for the group.
