Evening routine β
Saturday and Sunday I was at the gym 1.5 hours each day working out hard, Monday was a lighter workout. I am increasing my weight and reps in my workouts and cutting my sugar consumption drastically. My goal is to lose my stomach fat and improve my physique.
I will start seeking new work soon and have a few options planned.
