Webhook freezes
Hi. Has anyone had any issues with the bot freezing up and not responding. Sometimes we are chatting with the bot and then it might be after a few messages and the bot stops. When looking at the web hook steps it just shows it processing and never continues. The only way to start back up a conversation with the bot is to delete the contact and start over. This has happened multiple times and we have tried updating everything but it still happens. It just never replies again. As you can see from the screen shot it seems the next execution is delayed. Not sure why. Help!
