Cancel and/or Reschedule With the Bot

I set the appointment bot up and it is scheduling appointments correctly in GHL.

In test conversations... I cancel and/or reschedule appointments with it.

The bot is saying via SMS that it is canceling/rescheduling, but it only adds a new appointment for the reschedule and does not cancel the previously scheduled appointment.

Is there a way to have the bot cancel appointments in GHL?
