Do You Have Time to Workout? I bet you don't...
It's the very first step forward...
I spent two hours on a call with a good friend who was struggling with her health for a decade now.
She broke down in front of me on this video call. A call that was scheduled for a half hour was going to last all night.
She had tried everything but couldn't get it right. And when she did, it wouldn't last long.
She lost weight and gained it back. She would workout for three weeks and then go three weeks without any movement. She would see progress and then take five steps back.
Have you ever been stuck like that?
I knew she needed to make progress somewhere. We decided to focus on moving more.
That's when we then spent 30-minutes breaking down all the details in order for her to fit in 30-minutes of exercise into her day.
It's something she didn't know she needed.
And to be honest, it's something I take for granted.
The small details that stand between us not moving and moving daily.
Fast forward an entire year and she's still going. Still moving daily, and making great progress with her goals. She hasn't taken five steps back and she's extremely happy about it.
If you struggle finding time for yourself, this is for you.
I want to do a training to help you make time for yourself even though you seemingly have none.
I want to build consistency for you so that you see long lasting results.
If enough people comment below, we'll host a live training and post the video to help you out.
We will call it, "How to make time to move"
Comment, "Helpful" if you think a training would help you out
