I’m curious about how you handle household chores, given the well-known mentality here in the Balkans that a woman’s place is in the home, in the kitchen, and that a man doesn’t need to do that. (Nenad constantly mentions scattered socks, so that’s part of this too.) Women can also answer this question if they have husbands or boyfriends—how do they manage with household chores?
As for me personally, I know how to do everything, and nothing is unfamiliar to me, since I grew up without a mother. I’m not sure if that influenced my mentality or not, but I absolutely don’t think it’s a bad thing if a man knows how to cook, vacuum, or hang up laundry.
