Wake up early, at 5, 6, or 7 AM. Start your day fully awake—wash up, then lie down on the floor, flat on your back, for one full hour. Set an alarm to keep track.
Place a pillow under your neck and knees to stay comfortable, and focus solely on your breath. Close your eyes.
No movement for the entire hour.
This simple exercise begins to dissolve paradigm, piece by piece.
