Every day feels the same when you’re stuck in the grip of limiting beliefs.
You wake up with the same doubts.
You start your day fighting the same addictions.
You think about the same people with the same trains of thought.
You have the same conversations and replay the same fears.
You complain about the same things and get the same answers.
You take the same actions—or avoid them.
You look around you and you’re in the same environment, again.
Nothing has changed, and you wonder when it’s going to happen.
As a coach & hypnotist, it’s my job to be honest with my clients if they actually want change.
I say this because almost everybody I meet on consultations wants change, but staying in the same place doesn’t hurt bad enough for them to do something about it, and invest in themselves.
Regardless, here’s the hard truth:
Your limiting beliefs are what’s keeping you living the same day over and over again. They’re keeping you trapped in yesterday, unable to move forward.
But what are limiting beliefs, really?
They’re the stories you tell yourself about what’s possible.
They’re the rules your mind created to protect you from pain.
But instead of protecting you, they’ve become a prison.
Here’s what that might look like:
- “I’m not good enough yet to be X”
- “I NEED to do things in THIS SPECIFIC way in order to get what I want.”
- “People like me don’t make that kind of money.”
- I’m not qualified to speak on X until I’ve achieved Y.
- “I need money in order to make this happen.”
Sound familiar?
The problem isn’t that these beliefs exist.
The problem is that you’ve accepted them as truth.
But beliefs aren’t facts—they’re interpretations.
And the good news is, you can change them.
The first step is identifying your limiting beliefs.
Ask yourself:
- What thoughts are holding me back the most? Be honest.
- What have I told myself about why I can’t have what I want?
Write these answers down.
When you see them on paper, you’ll realize how much they’ve been controlling you.
To make it easier, I’ve put together a Limiting Beliefs Guide inside of this community to help you.
Next, question then.
Ask yourself:
- Is this belief really true?
- What proof do I have that contradicts this belief?
- What would my life look like if I no longer believed this?
This is where the breakthrough happens.
When you challenge a belief, it begins to lose its power.
When you replace it with something empowering, your reality shifts.
THERE’S SOMEONE OUT THERE THAT IS HALF AS SMART AS YOU WHO IS MAKING TWICE AS MUCH AS YOU BECAUSE THEY’RE TOO DUMB TO DOUBT THEMSELVES. THERE ARE NO RULES.
But there’s something most people overlook.
Changing beliefs isn’t just about logic—it’s about emotion.
You need to attach massive pain to staying stuck in your old beliefs.
And you need to link massive pleasure to the new possibilities that await you.
Here’s a powerful truth to remember:
You’re not held back by what’s possible.
You’re held back by what you believe is possible.
Imagine creating wealth, opportunities, and joy without the limits you once felt.
This isn’t just a dream.
It’s a choice.
But here’s the question:
Will you keep reliving yesterday?
Or will you take the first step toward breaking free today?
When you’re ready, the tools to overcome your limiting beliefs are closer than you think. This is why I do what I do, with hypnosis. Feel free to book a chat with me here:
