Dear Tim,
We are all evolving. Our bodies, our knowledge base, our skills, and our perspectives change over time with our life experiences. And while most people don’t realize it, we each have the tremendous opportunity to influence that evolutionary process in a very positive way!
As the name suggests, with the Personal Evolution Project we focus on the concept of lifelong personal evolution... setting your sights on how you want to feel, and who you want to be in five years, ten years, or even 20 years down the road.
Do you want to be Healthy? Do you want to be Wise? Do you want to have great relationships with family and friends? Do you want to be known as a Loving and Kind person?
Join us tonight as we introduce this new concept and take the next steps on your Personal Evolution Project!
In the first part of the meeting, we'll continue to focus on the concept of a Positive Energy Toolkit that we introduced in the last couple of meetings and how we all have many ways of leveraging the power of our Focused Minds.
And we'll offer some ways in which you can develop the habit of Focused Attention and more readily remember the power that you already have to reduce tension and stress, increase health and happiness, and boost your performance!
As we like to say, the biggest challenge isn't the "shifting and lifting"... it's remembering that we can! And our meetings can help!
