I used to lose a lot of great ideas because I couldn’t get them down in time.
So, I built a workflow to capture voice notes in Slack and automatically turn them into social media content that can be posted across all my channels.
It’s been a huge help for staying productive even when I’m not at the desk.
Here’s how it works:
- Record a quick voice note in a designated Slack channel while you’re on the go.
- The workflow transcribes the note, then drafts content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter (X).
- The content is sent to Airtable for review and scheduling.
Now I can capture ideas on the fly and have content ready for posting without losing that creative spark. If anyone’s curious, I can share the setup.
