How I create content with a single voice note

Hey everyone—ever have those moments when the best content ideas hit you while you’re out on a walk, but by the time you’re back at the desk, they’re gone?

I used to lose a lot of great ideas because I couldn’t get them down in time.

So, I built a workflow to capture voice notes in Slack and automatically turn them into social media content that can be posted across all my channels.

It’s been a huge help for staying productive even when I’m not at the desk.

Here’s how it works:

Record a quick voice note in a designated Slack channel while you’re on the go.
The workflow transcribes the note, then drafts content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter (X).
The content is sent to Airtable for review and scheduling.

Now I can capture ideas on the fly and have content ready for posting without losing that creative spark. If anyone’s curious, I can share the setup.
