IKIGAI
Just doing my IKIGAI on ChatGPT, and why is it so hard?! It's really made me realise that I've lost touch with myself as I've been focussing on my family for the past 15 years. Does anyone else feel like this? I used to have so many hobbies and interests before I had kids...
So this is a great exercise for me!
