Off-Campus Housing is a Major Concern for College Students — And We're Here to Fix It.
OCUniverse has become the #1 off-campus housing platform for students at SMC, LMU, CSULB, and Pepperdine, boasting over 500 listings and 5,000 users actively searching for off-campus housing, roommates, and household items. In this course, you’ll learn how to secure listings from students and property owners, as well as how to build traction so students use OCUniverse to find housing.
What You Get: For every listing you bring to OCUniverse, you will earn a 40% commission. Here’s how it works:
- Standard Listing Fee: $50 If you secure 10 standard listings, that’s $200 in commission for you.
- Featured Listing Fee: $150
This course will teach you the exact strategies for obtaining listings and building traction step by step. With provided sales call scripts, FB group chat templates, and proven growth hacks, you’ll learn how to reach more college students effectively.
Once you complete the course, you’ll be able to effortlessly get new listings, earn money, and contribute to OCUniverse’s growth—all while helping students find off-campus housing.
