The Rhino Method

There are two important key players needed for the rhino method to work.

One of those key players is a professional Note Investor (RHINO). Someone with the skills, knowledge, expertise, and resources necessary to purchase and manage discounted mortgage notes.

The second key player in the scenario is a passive investor/private lender looking for a secure investment, long-term cash flow with collateral and a better than average yield.

This method achieves the goals of both parties. The Rhino or pro note investor is able to utilize OPM to build a massive portfolio and earn their financial freedom. The Rhino lender gets their money working in a very secure and passive environment with the protection of a contractual return and double collateral.
