Write a letter to yourself
A simple but powerful exercise.
You write the letter, pick a future date, say one year from now, and hit send.
I only remember I did this when I receive it in my inbox a year later.
It's really interesting to read about where you thought you would be and what you thought you would have done vs where you actually are and what you've actually done.
With the new year coming up, now is a good time to write a letter to your future self.
